Learn how to log in or reset your Homnifi password. Follow easy steps to regain access and start using your account today.

Signing In to Your Homnifi Account

Step 1: Enter your Login credential

• Username or Email Address Field

  • Enter your correct username/email: This will be validated against the records.

  • If this is your first login, you will be directed to the onboarding flow.

• Password Field

  • Enter your password: This will be validated against the records.

• Captcha

  • Complete the captcha: This is to reduce bot and spam activity.

• Sign In Button

  • Enable Sign In: The "Sign In" button will be enabled once all fields are correctly filled.

• 2FA Verification

  • 2FA Code: Enter the 2 factor authenticator code

Step 2: For First-Time Login and Onboarding

Onboarding Flow: Setup Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

• 2FA Prompt

  • Log In: Enter your correct username/email and password.

• Download Google Authenticator

  • Download the Google Authenticator application from Play Store or App store.

• Scan the QR code

  • Scan the QR code displayed on screen using the Google Authenticator application you downloaded on your phone.

• OTP Display

  • Once you scan the QR code, your 2FA will be configured and an OTP will be displayed in your Google Authenticator application.

Please note the OTP changes every minute.

• OTP Entry Prompt

  • Enter the OTP: Use the OTP from Google Authenticator.

    • If the OTP is incorrect, an error message will indicate "Incorrect OTP."

• Authenticate Button

  • Complete Authentication: Enter the correct OTP to complete the authentication.

    • If the OTP is incorrect or incomplete, the "Authenticate" button will remain disabled.

• Successful Login

  • Redirect to Main Screen: After successful authentication, you will be redirected to the main screen of the Homnifi platform.

Forgot Password and Password Reset

Step 1: Select the Forgot Password option

• Forgot Password link

  • Click "Forgot Password": This will redirect you to a screen where you can enter your email address.

• Email Entry Prompt

  • Enter your email address: Follow the prompt to enter your email to receive the reset link.

• Submit Email Button

  • Click "Submit Email": A message will indicate to check your inbox, including spam, for the password reset link.

Step 2: Verification and Reset

• Email Verification

  • Receive Password Reset Email: If your email is registered, you will receive the reset email. If not, you will not receive any email.

• Password Reset Email

  • Click the Reset Link: This will redirect you to a page to enter a new password.

• New Password and Confirm Password Fields

  • Enter and Confirm New Password: Ensure both fields match and meet the password criteria (8-25 characters, 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 symbol).

• Reset Password Button

  • Click "Reset Password": Your password will be updated in the system, and a confirmation message will appear.

• Password Reset Confirmation

  • Receive Confirmation Email: After resetting your password, you will receive an email confirming the reset.

• Login Button

  • Click "Log In": Return to the login screen and use your new password to access your account.
