KYC / KYB

Learn how to complete KYC and KYB verification on Homnifi. Follow simple steps for individual and corporate verification to unlock the platform’s potential and ensure secure access.

1. Membership Purchase

Before you can initiate the KYC/KYB process, you need to purchase a membership from the Horys Mall Platform. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Horys Mall Platform.

  2. Select the membership.

  3. Complete the purchase.

Once your membership is active, you can proceed with the KYC/KYB verification.

Completing this process is essential for unlocking the full potential of our platform and ensuring a secure and rewarding experience.

2. KYC/KYB Verification Process

Individual Customer (KYC)

If you are an individual customer, complete your KYC with these steps:

  1. Log in to your Homnifi account.

  2. Go to the KYC section in your profile.

  3. Click the link to initiate KYC.

  4. You will be redirected to an external webpage (Sumsub) to upload your KYC documents.

  5. Provide the required information and documents.

  6. After submission, you will be redirected back to the Homnifi platform.

  7. Your KYC status will be updated automatically.

Corporate Customer (KYB)

If you are a corporate customer, complete your KYB with these steps:

  1. Log in to your Homnifi account.

  2. Go to the KYB section in your profile.

  3. Click the link to initiate KYB.

  4. You will be redirected to an external webpage (Sumsub) to upload your KYB documents.

  5. Provide the required information and documents.

  6. After submission, you will be redirected back to the Homnifi platform.

  7. Your KYB status will be updated automatically.

3. Understand the Messaging

Type 1: No Membership Purchased

Message: "To proceed with your KYC, you need to complete the purchase of a Membership on the Horys Platform. Please visit the [Horys Platform](website link) to purchase your Membership."

Type 2: Membership Purchased, KYC/KYB Not Completed

Message: "You have not completed the KYC/KYB. To access the full functionalities of our platform, please complete your KYC/KYB."

Action: Click the button displayed on your profile to be redirected to the Sumsub webpage and complete the KYC/KYB verification.

Type 3: Membership Purchased, KYC/KYB Completed

Message: "Congratulations, your account was verified on DD-MM-YYYY. "

Q: What is KYC/KYB?

  • KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) are processes used to verify the identity of individual and corporate customers, respectively.

Q: Why do I need to complete KYC/KYB?

  • Completing KYC/KYB ensures the security and compliance with our platform, allowing you to access its full functionalities.

Q: How long does the KYC/KYB process take?

  • The KYC/KYB process typically takes a few minutes, provided you have all the required documents ready.

Q: What documents are required for KYC/KYB?

  • The required documents list will be shown to you during the KYC/KYB submission. Please follow the steps and upload the mandatory documents. Usually below set of documents are required:

    • For KYC: A government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, National ID Card, Driver's License).

    • For KYB: Company registration documents, Proof of address, and Identification for company directors.

Q: How will I know if my KYC/KYB is approved?

  • You will receive a notification on the Homnifi platform, and your KYC/KYB status will be updated in your profile.

Q: What should I do if my KYC/KYB is rejected?

  • If your KYC/KYB is rejected, you will receive a notification with the reason. If you are able to access the application again, make sure to provide the requested documents. However, if you will not be able to start the verification again, please reach out to us from the Support section and our Team will assist you with the next steps.

Q: What should I do if my KYC/KYB is in pending status for more than 48hr?

  • Please wait until 48hrs for your KYC/KYB status to be updated. If your KYC/KYB is in pending status for more than 48hrs, please reach out to us from the Support section and our Team will assist you with the next steps.
