1. What is the Homnifi platform?

Homnifi is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform that allows users to manage their digital assets, including depositing, withdrawing, transferring, and swapping tokens. The platform offers a comprehensive wallet interface with various features to enhance your DeFi experience.

2. Do I need a membership to use Homnifi?

Yes, purchasing a membership plan is necessary to unlock the full potential of your DeFi journey on Homnifi. Non-members can see a message prompting them to buy a membership, but all other sections will be in a disabled state until the membership is purchased.

3. How do I purchase a membership?

To purchase a membership, follow the prompts on the wallet landing page. The message "Please buy the membership plan to unlock the full potential of your DeFi journey" will guide you through the process.

Wallet Landing Page

1. What information is displayed on the wallet landing page?

For members, the wallet landing page displays:

  • Your Blockchain Identifier (BID), which can be shared for internal transfers.

  • Total wallet balances, including mLYK, LYK-W, and sLYK, with their USD value.

  • Individual balances for each type of wallet.

  • Options for depositing, withdrawing, transferring, and swapping tokens.

  • An infographic view illustrating the breakdown of your total wallet balance by asset types.

2. How can I refresh my wallet balances?

You can refresh your wallet balances by clicking the refresh option, which will fetch and display the latest values.

Withdrawals

  1. How to withdraw crypto?

To initiate a withdrawal, go to the withdrawal section either through the left navigation menu or the withdrawal shortcut on the wallet landing page. Select the wallet from which you want to withdraw, choose whether it's an internal or external transfer, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction.

  1. What is the difference between internal and external withdrawals?

  • Internal: Transferring funds to another Hominifi user’s account. You can also receive tokens in your account by an internal transfer from another Homnifi user.

  • External: Sending funds to an external wallet, for sLYK specifically a Metamask wallet added as a favorite in Wallek.

  1. How are network fees and commissions calculated for withdrawals?

Network fees and commissions are displayed before you confirm the withdrawal. These fees are set by the platform and deducted from your total withdrawal amount.

  1. How to Find My Transaction ID (TxID)?

If you need to find your Transaction ID (TxID) for a transaction on Hominifi, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Hominifi account.

  • Navigate to the transaction history section, typically found in the wallet dashboard or under a specific transaction type (withdrawal, deposit, swap).

  • Look for the transaction in question and click on it to view more details. The Transaction ID (TxID) should be displayed along with other transaction information.

You can also filter transactions by type (withdrawal, deposit, swap), date range, and status (pending, completed, failed). You can also search for specific transactions using their transaction ID.

  1. I have a Transaction related query, where can I raise it?

If you encounter any issues during the transfer process or have questions about transactions, contact Hominifi support for assistance. Provide the relevant details such as transaction IDs or any error messages received, for assistance in resolving the issue.

  1. What is the minimum withdrawal limit?

The minimum withdrawal limit varies based on the selected token and is displayed during the withdrawal process to ensure you meet the requirement.

  1. How are network fees and commissions calculated?

Network fees and commissions are calculated based on the withdrawal amount. A flat network fee and a percentage-based commission are displayed during the withdrawal process and deducted from your balance.

  1. How do I add a favorite wallet for external transfers?

To add a favorite wallet:

  • Add the wallet address to the Wallek platform.

  • Mark it as a favorite, and it will appear in your list of wallets available for external transfers.

  1. What if my withdrawal amount exceeds my balance?

The system will prevent withdrawals that exceed your available balance, including the fees and commissions, ensuring the transaction does not fail due to insufficient funds.

Deposits

  1. How do I deposit tokens into my Hominifi wallet?

To deposit tokens, go to the deposit section. Select the token type and network (Matic or ERC-20). Copy the provided address or scan the QR code to send tokens to your Hominifi wallet.

Enter the copied address into your crypto wallet account to send money in your Homnifi wallet.

  1. Why Hasn’t My Deposit Been Credited?

Your deposit will be successfully credited once the transaction meets the minimum required network confirmation specified by the Homnifi system. Please note that the minimum requirement is different for each cryptocurrency.

The Deposits will take up to 48hrs to be credited in your wallet, If your deposit still hasn’t been credited after 48hrs, contact Hominifi support. Provide them with details such as the transaction ID, amount, and date/time of the transaction for assistance in resolving the issue.

  1. How can I view my recent deposit transactions?

The Deposit History section on the Deposit page displays the three most recent transactions. You can also view your complete transaction history by clicking the "View All Transactions" link.

Swaps

1. How do I swap tokens on Homnifi?

To swap tokens:

  • Select the token you want to swap from your available balance.

  • Select the target token you wish to receive.

  • Enter the amount of tokens you want to swap.

  • Review the conversion rate and any applicable fees.

  • Click "Proceed" to initiate the swap, then confirm the transaction.

2. What token pairs can I swap?

Swaps are limited to predefined token pairs. For example, you can swap LYK-W tokens for mLYK tokens at a fixed rate of 1 LYK-W = 1 mLYK.

3. How can I view my recent swap transactions?

The Swap History section on the Swap page displays the three most recent transactions. You can also view your complete swap transaction history by clicking the "View All" link.

Transaction History

1. How do I view my transaction history?

To view your transaction history:

  • Navigate to the Transaction History page.

  • Select the desired transaction type (Withdrawal, Deposit, Swap).

  • Use the search and filter options to find specific transactions.

  • You can download filtered transaction records in CSV format.

2. What information is displayed in the transaction history?

The transaction history includes the following fields:

  • ID: Unique identifier for each transaction.

  • Date and Time: Timestamp of the transaction.

  • Transaction Type: Type of transaction (Withdrawal, Deposit, Swap).

  • Token Type: Type of token involved.

  • Received Tokens: Amount of tokens received or transferred.

  • Receivable $ Value: Equivalent value in USD.

  • Destination Address: Address to which tokens were sent (for Withdrawals and Swaps).

  • Transaction ID: Blockchain transaction identifier.

  • Status: Current status of the transaction (Pending, Completed, Failed).
