19th June - Homnifi Updates
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve transparency, eligibility clarity, and token usability across the Homnifi ecosystem, weโre excited to announce two important updates.
Supernode Rewards Now Tied to Delivery Status
In continuation to past updates, to further strengthen the principle of Supernode and community participation with strengthening the LayerK blockchain and linking protocol, Supernode reward eligibility will now depend on Computer Device delivery status and user activity classification.
Hereโs how it works:
All users automatically qualify for Supernode rewards for 90 days from the date of Computer Device purchase.
To continue receiving Supernode rewards beyond the 90-day period, users must complete delivery fee payments for the Computer Devices that qualified for Supernode eligibility.
If the delivery fee is paid within 90 days, the user retains Active Supernode status and continues to receive rewards.
If the delivery fee is not paid within 90 days, the userโs Supernode status becomes Inactive, and they will stop receiving future rewards. Previously earned rewards remain valid and claimable.
This enhancement ensures that rewards are aligned with real-world participation while offering a fair and flexible window for users to complete any pending delivery steps.
Eligibility on Delivery Payment
Reactivation: Users who become Inactive may reactivate their Supernode status at any time by completing the delivery fee payment. Rewards will resume from that point forward.
The system also includes backend configurations to allow selective country and Computer Device-type exclusions, ensuring flexibility and fairness across regions.
Complete Migration of CloudK Balances to Homnifi Wallets
We are pleased to confirm the successful migration of all CloudK token balances, including cLFI-W, cLFI-R, and cLFI-D from the legacy wallet infrastructure into the unified Homnifi Wallet interface.
This upgrade delivers a significant leap in convenience and ecosystem alignment, allowing users to interact with their balances directly from the core Homnifi experience without toggling between systems.
Whatโs New:
cLFI-W balances are available in cLFI-W Old wallet on Homnifi to have clear reconciliation distinction
All migrated balances are now visible in the Homnifi Wallet dashboard.
Tokens are fully reconciled, audited, and immediately available for swaps, linking, and staking flows.
New Swap Combination
Users can now swap cLFI-D for mLYK at a 1:1 ratio, with no transaction fees.
The received mLYK can be directly used to: Link to Computer Devices, Activate CloudK Software licences and Participate in the mLYK-based reward ecosystem
Whatโs Next for CloudK
With the wallet migration and swap functionalities now live, the next and final step in the CloudK transition is the enablement of Claims and Linking features. This update is currently undergoing final rounds of security validations and audit checks to ensure a seamless and secure rollout.
We expect to complete this process by early next week, after which users will be able to:
Claim their eligible CloudK rewards
Link their Software licences with mLYK for ongoing participation
Claim cLFI-W Old balances
Further announcements will follow once the rollout is confirmed.
