Homnifi Report - 30 December 2024 - Updates to XK Computer Device Shipping Process
A significant update has been introduced to enhance the shipping process for XK computer devices, leveraging Gen 2 shipping capabilities. This initiative aims to streamline delivery mechanisms for existing and new orders while offering improved features and transparency.
Overview of Changes
• Existing Orders: Customers with pending XK computer device orders can now initiate delivery immediately.
• New Orders: Delivery initiation is enabled as soon as payment for a new XK computer device order is confirmed.
Payment options include card transactions or wallet payments (exclusively using USDK).
Process Details
For Existing Orders: Delivery initiation is accessible through the account’s Order History page.
For New Orders: Delivery can be started immediately after payment confirmation via the same interface.
Features Introduced
• Shipping History: All shipment details are available for tracking within the Shipping History section of user accounts.
• Cashback Rewards: Purchases made via the shipping delivery mode are eligible for cashback in SMLYK tokens, deposited directly into the Homnifi wallet.
Planned Features
The following functionalities are under development and will be introduced in future updates:
Automated shipping order confirmation emails.
Detailed shipping invoices.
Enhanced admin panel for real-time order tracking and status monitoring.
Fixed delivery mode settings post-shipping confirmation.
Integration of real-time shipment status tracking (not included in the current release, which focuses on processing shipping payments without initiating physical delivery).
This update represents a step toward optimizing the shipping process, ensuring greater efficiency and transparency for users. Additional Note This update is only for purchases made on HorysMall. Updates for products purchased on the previous platform, KMall, will follow later.
