What’s Changing?

We’ve recently updated our membership records to ensure they are accurate and consistent across all of our platforms. As part of this update, we are now using the information from our primary membership database to determine your membership expiry date. This means that, for some users, the expiry date we originally displayed may no longer be the same going forward.


Your Options Going Forward

We know you value the benefits of our ecosystem. To ensure you continue to receive the best experience, you have the option to purchase a new membership based on your needs:

1. Client Membership ($39):

• Access to all our standard platforms and features. • Limited access to certain advanced features.

2. Premium Membership ($99):

• Full access to all platforms and exclusive features. • Eligibility for certain rewards and incentives.


Special Opportunity for Returning Users

For a limited time—one week from when the new membership logic takes effect—you will be able to renew or upgrade to ensure you have the membership tier that best suits you, without losing access to the features you enjoy.


What If You Had a Long-Term Membership?

We’re adjusting long-term memberships based on a fair, pro-rata conversion system. If you had previously purchased multiple years, we are recalculating your new premium membership duration using a carefully considered conversion formula. This might mean a shorter overall membership period than originally stated, but rest assured that we’ve aimed to make this as fair and equitable as possible.
