With this feature, you can transfer only to another user on the same KMALL platform.
DigitalEdge Alliance Membership - Users need a DigitalEdge Alliance Membership to send tokens to others.
Step 1: Log in to Your HOMNIFI Account
Log in to your Homnifi account using your credentials. Browse to Defi360 in the menu and Click on CloudK.
If issues arise, such as "insufficient funds" or "invalid ID," the platform provides clear error messages. Follow the guidance in these messages to resolve any internal transfer-related problems.
Step 2: Accessing Internal Transfers
Locate the "Withdraw" section under Wallet on the CloudK platform. This is where you can find options to withdraw various Tokens. To withdraw funds internally, please select the "Internal Transfer" option.
Step 3: Select the Token to Transfer
In the withdrawal section, select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw. At the moment only Clfi-D is available.
Note -
Please be careful while sending the payment as the transactions are not reversible and sending it to the wrong recipient may result in a loss of funds.
Step 4: Enter Withdrawal Details:
Enter the user ID (also known as 2access ID) of the recipient if required by the exchange or if you are transferring to another user on the same platform.
Specify the withdrawal amount you wish to transfer.
Users have the option to add remarks to the transaction. This is an optional field for users to provide additional notes or information.
Understanding Transfer Fees
Before confirming the transfer, the platform transparently displays any applicable fees.
Internal transfer fees are shown before the Total Amount (if any)
If issues arise, such as "insufficient funds" or "invalid ID," the platform provides clear error messages. Follow the guidance in these messages to resolve any internal transfer-related problems.
Step 5: Save Address (Optional):
Check for a "Save user ID for faster transactions" option.
You may label the User ID for easy reference.
Addresses are saved in a coin-wise and user-wise format. This means that if you store an address for a specific token, that address will be reserved only for that token and user.
Step 6: Confirm the Internal Transfer:
Before completing the internal transfer, review and confirm all the entered data.
This step ensures accuracy and prevents accidental errors in the transfer process.
Step 7: Confirm Authentication OTP
Open your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy) and retrieve the authentication OTP.
Enter the OTP in the designated field on the withdrawal page.
After you have added the required information, please click on the "submit" button to complete the process.
Congratulations! You have successfully navigated the Internal Transfers feature. For further assistance or inquiries, consult our customer support team. Happy transferring!
