The cryptocurrency market is currently navigating through a turbulent and fragmented era. The oversaturation of projects lacking real substance, the absence of long-term vision, and constant volatility have left millions of users disoriented. To illustrate: in 2017, CoinMarketCap listed around 20,000 tokens. Today, we’ve surpassed 10 million, and most vanish within 24 hours, with no utility, no strategy, and no lasting impact.
LayerK and HOMNIFI were created to bring structure to this chaos.\
We are not here to launch just another token. We are here to build a durable, sustainable, decentralized infrastructure with real utility - one in which user activity, real hardware, and community governance are the foundation of value. This is a project built on solid ground, aiming to become the benchmark for anyone who believes in the power of decentralization.

Our mission is not about short-term price movements. It’s about creating a reliable, scalable infrastructure that powers real products and services, from decentralized VPNs to distributed cloud storage, bandwidth marketplaces, DePin applications, and more. The LAYERK token is designed to be the engine of access, not just a speculative asset.
Only by generating genuine, recurring demand can we establish organic token growth and long-term sustainability.
### Strategic Milestones We Must Achieve Together
To make this ecosystem thrive, we must reach specific key milestones. These are not optional steps - they are essential building blocks for the functioning and growth of LayerK and HOMNIFI.
#### 1. DAO Launch – End of August 2025
The first and most critical step is the launch of a truly functional and autonomous DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization).\
Every user with a LayerK-connected hardware device will gain access to a decentralized voting system and governance rights.

* DAO participation is mandatory to receive on-chain rewards from NODEK and CLOUDK.
* Each user must connect their wallet to the LayerK DAO and hold the specific DAO token allocation (GLYK, as enabled by hardware ownership).
* Rewards can only be claimed by users who have connected their wallet and participate in governance.
* This model will give birth to one of the world’s largest DAO-based networks—over 50,000 nodes, each with a direct say in the protocol.
#### The beta test for the DAO launch was conducted on Homnifi today, 30 July 2025. The team has reported a successful execution and rollback. This was a preliminary test ahead of the full DAO rollout. Some users may have interacted with the Wallet Connect feature, which will soon become mandatory to participate in the decentralized ecosystem.
#### 2. NODEK Decentralized Protocol – Also by End of August 2025
This milestone completes our transition to a fully on-chain infrastructure.\
All activity logs, rewards, and data will be recorded transparently and immutably on the LayerK blockchain.
* Smart contracts will be published and verified on-chain.
* No more off-chain operations - everything will be transparent and traceable.
* Every token distribution will follow clear and auditable rules.
From this point, the network becomes trustless, removing any dependence on centralized entities.
#### 3. Stop conversion IN HOUSE and launch of HARDWARE 3.0 – September 2025
This milestone introduces the new generation of ADDONS XK Hardware, designed to support enterprise-grade services, AI and higher processing capacity.
New device 3.0:
* Devices will be shipped directly to users and registered on-chain upon activation.
* These advanced machines (XK500, XK1000, XK5000, XK10000,XK Validator , XK Flash) are optimized to power the LayerK infrastructure at scale with connect ADDONS Aix Home Station .
