31st March – Feature Rollout & Important Changes

We are rolling out a set of important platform updates on Homnifi, covering user access, token utilities, rewards handling, and system improvements. Please review the updates below to stay aligned with the latest changes.

New Registration & Account Access

We have now enabled direct user registration on Homnifi.

  • Users can create a new account using the Sign-up option available on the landing page (app.homnifi.comarrow-up-right).

  • Registration requires a valid referral code, which existing users can access from their Profile section and share via code or referral link.

Going forward, all new users must register through this flow. Registrations from external platforms will no longer be supported for accessing Homnifi.

Existing users can continue using their current login credentials without any change.

Password Reset & Account Management

The Forgot Password functionality is now fully enabled.

Users can reset their password directly from the login page or update it anytime from the Profile section after logging in, making account access more flexible and secure.

Product and Benefits from External Platforms are Discontinued

Users will no longer receive deposit credits or Homnifi-related benefits for purchases made on external platforms, in line with the updated platform direction.

New Swap Option Enabled (USDK-W to USDK)

Users can now swap USDK-W to USDK without any charges, improving token usability and allowing smoother access without additional costs.

Membership Expiry – Reward Disqualification Removed

Reward disqualification due to expired membership has been removed.

  • Users will continue to earn rewards without penalty, even if their membership has expired.

  • However, claims and withdrawals will still require an active membership.

All users who previously faced reward disqualification due to membership expiry will have their disqualified rewards credited back in full, and these will be available for claim upon renewal.

Shipping Update & Grace Period Extension

For users who have paid shipping charges but are yet to receive their devices:

  • The grace period for online connection benefits has been extended till 31st May 2026.

Eligible users will continue receiving online bonuses during this period without any penalty.

Machine Syncing Issue Resolved

The issue where some users were unable to view their Horysmall machine purchases on Homnifi has been fully resolved.

All pending syncing has been completed, and machines are now correctly reflected in user accounts.

Missed Rewards Processing

There were cases where NodeK, CloudK, and Supernode rewards were not credited for certain intermittent days.

Processing of these rewards has already started. Most users have received their pending rewards, and the remaining will be credited in the coming days.

Some users are currently facing issues while attempting to relink CloudK software licenses after completion of the linking period.

The team is actively working on resolving this, and the fix will be deployed in the coming days.
