Withdrawals and Internal Transfer delays

• Internal mLYK: Some transfers show Completed but beneficiary not credited yet. Queued for final settlement.

• LYK - W external withdrawal on LayerK network: Requests since 22 Aug (and following days) may show Pending for a few users due to a technical issue in the payout pipeline.

• Funds are safe. All affected cases will be processed within 72 hours of this notice.

• Track completion in Wallet → History (hash appears when broadcast).

New Feature — SMLYK → Homnifi Promo Swap (Live)

• You asked for it: users can now convert SMLYK to Homnifi Promo (HMF Promo)

How to use: Wallet → Swap → From: SMLYK → To: HMF Promo→ review rate/limits → Confirm.

Other Known Issues:

• NodeK additional linking limit bug (some machines): Additional mLYK linking limit is incorrectly applied for a subset of NodeK devices. Team is on it; fix rolling out soon—thanks for your patience.

• Notification Settings: “Coming Soon.”: The Notification settings Module under the user profile is behind a feature flag, we are not ready to roll out these updates yet. Stay tuned.

These delays and small glitches are from our recent on-chain migration (a big upgrade moving more actions fully to LayerK). After changes like this, the system needs a short time to stabilize and clear old queues. Your tokens are safe—nothing is lost—and we’re finishing all pending withdrawals within 72 hours.
