20th August - Homnifi Platform Update
As part of ongoing improvements to our backend infrastructure and reward services, weโd like to share important updates regarding bonus credits, Supernode rewards, and deposit processing status on the Homnifi platform.
Online Bonus Credits Processed After Temporary Pause
Due to essential system maintenance and load management measures implemented since 15th August, the Online Bonus credits were temporarily paused. While this was necessary to ensure the stability of our reward processing infrastructure, it resulted in a delay in bonus distribution for eligible users.
We want to assure our users that no rewards has been lost, and our team has credited all pending bonus amounts.
Supernode Rewards Processing Resumed After Interruption
In addition to the online bonus pause, the Supernode Rewards Job also underwent a performance update on select days to avoid any system-level glitches. This resulted in temporary pause in rewards generation for some users during that period.
We have identified and completed all the updates. All affected rewards during the pause window are processed and credited to user accounts, restoring full alignment with the reward structure.
Deposit Processing Back to Normal
Weโre pleased to confirm that deposit processing has now resumed as normal. All pending deposits that were delayed due to backend system upgrades have been successfully processed. Updated balances is now visible in respective wallets.
