# How to purchase LayerK token

**Step 1 :** Navigate to Koinbay exchange - [https://www.koinbay.com/ ](https://www.koinbay.com/)\
\
**Step 2 :** Create an account or use an existing account in Koinbay 

**Step 3 :** Purchase some cLFi tokens in Koinbay or deposit your existing cLFi tokens from non custodial wallet 

**Step 4 :** Use the trading pair cLFi / LYK , <https://www.koinbay.com/en_US/trade/cLFi_LYK?type=spot> to trade your cLFi tokens into LayerK

**How to transfer LayerK token from KoinBay :**&#x20;

**Step 1 :** After successful conversion of cLFi into LYK, users need to move their tokens into non custodial wallet such as metamask&#x20;

**Step 2 :** Click on assets overview

**Step 3 :** click on spot and select the LYK token, click on the withdraw option for that specific token

**Step 4 :** Complete 2FA using mobile binding or google authentication in order to proceed with token withdrawal.&#x20;

**Step 5 :** Select the asset Lyk from the dropdown

**Step 6 :** Input your metamask public wallet address

**Step 7 :** Select the Matic chain for withdrawal as Wallek is supported only on Matic for now

**Step 8 :** Input the withdrawal amount and click on confirm withdrawal
