NodeK Rewards Recalibration Progress
Following the recalibration update initiated on October 17, our engineering team continues to work on the final reconciliation phase of the NodeK and Supernode reward distribution system.
This process involves verifying historical reward and transaction records to ensure complete data alignment and accuracy across all participating accounts.
During this ongoing synchronization, NodeK reward claims will remain temporarily unavailable. Once the recalibration is finalized and all values are validated, claim functionality will be automatically re-enabled.
The completion of this phase is currently expected within the next 24–48 hours.
CloudK Display Resolution
On October 19, a temporary display issue affected the visibility of CloudK license data for some users. The issue was quickly identified and resolved, and no impact occurred to user data, calculations, or reward balances.
All CloudK information is now fully visible and functioning as expected.
Maintenance Activity
Earlier today, a scheduled maintenance session was conducted to reinforce backend infrastructure and ensure continued platform stability during the recalibration process.
All systems have since been restored and are operating normally.
