1st October 2025 - Homnifi Platform Update
As part of our continued effort to streamline integrations and improve token utility across the Homnifi ecosystem, we’ve introduced several key updates. These changes address package visibility, withdrawal processing, token usage ratios, and upcoming improvements for CloudK and delivery fee payments.
AIX Connect Packages Now Visible on Homnifi
All AIX Connect packages from the Connect platform have now been successfully added to users’ accounts on Homnifi.
These packages are now visible within each user’s account dashboard.
This ensures seamless benefit continuity across both platforms without requiring additional user action.
HMF-Promo External Withdrawals Now on LayerK
External withdrawals of HMF-Promo to Connect accounts are now processed using the LayerK network.
Previously, withdrawals displayed “Connect” as the selected network.
This has been updated to “LayerK”, to reflect the accurate network details.
There is no change in flow, HMF-Promo continues to be credited to the user’s Connect account under the same BID.
Updated Usage Ratio for HMF Promo in Purchases
The ratio for using HMF Promo in new purchases on Horysmall has been adjusted:
Before: 50% USDK + 50% HMF Promo
Now: 60% USDK + 40% HMF Promo (maximum)
This adjustment helps balance token stability with promotional utility, ensuring smoother purchase flows.
Longer Wait for Withdrawal Processing - Resolved
Some Users have experienced longer Withdrawal Processing times. This has been resolved for the majority of users, and pending requests have been processed.
A small number of cases are still under review.
Users who continue to face difficulties, if not done yet, are advised to submit a support request with transaction details
The remaining cases will be cleared promptly.
CloudK Utility Token Claims Remain Disabled
The CloudK Utility Token Claims feature remains temporarily disabled while new updates to the logic are being deployed.
These updates are designed to improve the way claims are validated and processed, ensuring greater consistency and fairness.
The feature will be re-enabled once internal checks and stability testing are complete.
mLYK Internal Transfer Issue Under Resolution
We have identified a temporary issue affecting mLYK internal transfers for a small subset of users.
The issue is linked to recent background updates in the transfer validation system, which caused delays in reflecting balances in internal transfers.
Our team has already deployed a patch and is actively monitoring transactions to ensure no discrepancies remain.
Full resolution is expected shortly, and impacted transfers will automatically sync once the fix is complete.
Users do not need to take any action, balances will update seamlessly once the adjustments are finalized.
Upcoming: Shipping Payments & Online Boost Credit
Horysmall is preparing to re-enable Delivery Fee Payments for Computer Devices within this month.
Users will be able to pay shipping fees directly and avoid any non-payment penalties.
As an additional incentive, for a limited time, delivery fee payments will also grant users an Online Boost credit, regardless of whether the Computer Device has already been delivered or connected online.
These updates further strengthen the Homnifi platform by improving transparency, ensuring token stability, and preparing for broader user utility in upcoming phases.
