Gen-2 to Gen-3 Upgrade Status Not Updating on Homnifi

Some users who have already paid for the Gen-3 Homestation upgrade from their Gen-2 machines are not yet seeing the updated status on Homnifi. Because of this, the countdown timer for “Extension / Delivery Payment” may still be decreasing.

There is no impact on your upgrade. Your payment is fully recorded, and the correct status will begin reflecting by the end of next week once the update is deployed.

Gen-3 Package Holders – Extension Payment Opening Next Week

For Gen-3 Package holders, the “Pay for Extension” option on Horysmall will also be activated by the end of next week.

Until the feature goes live, the Homnifi timer may continue decreasing, this will not affect your ability to make the extension payment once the option is enabled.

Delivery Fee Cashback Promotion Ends 30th November

As announced earlier, the 100% mLYK Cashback Promotion for paying the Gen-3 delivery fee has been extended until 30th November 2025.

This is the last stretch of the promotion. Users who haven’t paid yet still have time to benefit before the cashback offer closes.

Multiple Membership Purchase Update Coming Next Week

We previously informed users that anyone whose membership expired before 30th October needs to purchase multiple membership periods to bring their validity back into the future.

Currently, Horysmall only allows purchasing one membership at a time, which blocks users from completing this requirement. This limitation is being modified, and the ability to purchase multiple memberships in a single flow will be enabled by next week.
