18th November – Homnifi Platform Update

1. Membership Renewal Logic – Important Notice

In our previous communication, we explained the revamped renewal system for Homnifi memberships. This update applies slightly differently depending on when a membership expired or will expire.

For users whose Membership expired before 31st October 2025:

When you renew your Membership, your new expiry date is calculated from your previous Membership's expiry date, not from the date the new Membership is purchased. This means that you will need to purchase sufficient membership periods to cover the entire lapsed duration and bring your membership status current and active into the future.

For users whose Membership expired on or after 31st October 2025:

Your renewal will begin from the date you actually renew, rather than retroactively from the previous expiry. This ensures your membership runs forward continuously from the renewal date, avoiding any overlap or lost days. Please note: if your Membership expired prior to 31st October and Horysmall only allows one membership purchase at a time, you may need to purchase membership more than once (or in multiple periods) until your expiry date moves forward into the future.

Once you’ve renewed the Membership as needed, your dashboard will automatically update to reflect the new expiry and renewal dates, no further action is required from your side.

Important: If you've already renewed once but your membership still shows as inactive, this means your purchase only covered the lapsed period and brought your expiry date to the present. To activate your membership and extend it into the future, you will need to make an additional purchase. Your membership becomes active only once your expiry date extends beyond today's date.

2. Global Infrastructure Disruption – Platform Impact

Earlier today, we became aware of an external global infrastructure incident affecting some parts of the internet and web-services, linked to Cloudflare.

As a result, you may have experienced brief interruptions or delays accessing certain sections of the Homnifi / Horysmall platform. Our team is monitoring the situation closely and working through any residual effects. What to know:

  • The platform services continue functioning; however, connectivity or performance may have been impacted temporarily.

  • No user data, assets, or rewards have been affected by this incident.

  • We expect full normal access to be restored shortly as the broader infrastructure issue resolves.
