Grace Period Extended for Shipping paid but Undelivered Devices

For users who have completed their shipping payments but have not yet received their devices, we are extending the grace period until 31st March 2026.

  • All above eligible users will continue to receive the online connection bonus until this date

  • No non-delivery penalties will apply during this extended period

  • This extension is provided purely for community convenience while deliveries are completed

Your rewards and participation status remain protected throughout this window.

Maintenance Charge Waiver โ€“ Reward Corrections in Progress

As previously announced, maintenance charges have been fully waived off across all machines.

However, we have identified that for a small set of users, rewards are still being disqualified due to legacy maintenance-related checks.

  • This is a system-side changes, not a user action

  • The team is correcting the logic to fully align with the waiver

  • All rewards disqualified after the maintenance waiver will be credited back

Online Connection Bonus Missing for Some Gen1 & Gen2 Devices

We are investigating reports where the online connection bonus was not credited for certain Gen1 and Gen2 computer devices, despite valid uptime.

  • The issue is under active review

  • Once verified, bonuses will be credited retrospectively for all eligible online days

  • No action is required from users at this stage

LYK-W Withdrawals & Swap Transactions Pending

A small number of users are experiencing pending status on LYK-W withdrawals or swap transactions.

  • These transactions are currently under reconciliation checks

  • Funds remain completely safe and accounted for

  • Processing will resume shortly once reconciliation is completed
