# 7th Jan - Platform Update #### **Grace Period Extended for Shipping paid but Undelivered Devices** For users who have completed their shipping payments but have not yet received their devices, we are extending the grace period until 31st March 2026. * All above eligible users will continue to receive the online connection bonus until this date * No non-delivery penalties will apply during this extended period * This extension is provided purely for community convenience while deliveries are completed Your rewards and participation status remain protected throughout this window. #### **Maintenance Charge Waiver – Reward Corrections in Progress** As previously announced, maintenance charges have been fully waived off across all machines.
