24th January - Homnifi Platform Update

DAO Proposal Implementations Now Live

As previously communicated, the following DAO-approved changes have now been successfully implemented across the platform:

Proposal #09: Reduced Minting Power for New Packages:

  • The revised minting power structure for newly purchased packages is now active. This change applies only to new purchases made after the implementation.

  • All existing machines and previously purchased packages continue to operate under their original minting power without any impact.

This update strengthens long-term protocol sustainability while preserving the benefits for early and existing participants.

Proposal #10: Yearly Minting Power Decay Activated:

  • The yearly minting power decay mechanism is now in effect.

  • Machines will undergo a scheduled reduction in minting power after completing one full year, with the reduction applying once every year thereafter, in line with the approved decay model.

This change introduces a predictable and transparent lifecycle for machine productivity while maintaining fairness across generations of participants.

Minimum LYK-W Withdrawal Limit Updated

The minimum withdrawal amount for LYK-W has been revised from 30 LYK-W to 100 LYK-W.

This adjustment has been made to:

  • Optimize on-chain transaction efficiency

  • Reduce network congestion and processing overhead

  • Ensure smoother and faster withdrawal settlements for all users

All withdrawals above the new minimum will continue to process as usual.

The above change is applicable only for new withdrawal requests, all existing pending withdrawals will be processed following the previous minimum requirement.

Maintenance Fee Disqualification โ€“ Resolution in Progress

As mentioned already in the 7th January Report, we are aware that a small number of users are still experiencing reward disqualifications related to maintenance fee non-payment, even after the maintenance fee waiver announcement.

Please rest assured that:

  • This is a known issue currently being resolved

  • All rewards disqualified from the date of the maintenance fee waiver will be credited back once the fix is applied

No user will lose rewards due to this temporary discrepancy.

Pending Swaps & LYK-W Withdrawals

Some users may still observe swap transactions or LYK-W withdrawals in a pending state. As previously communicated, this is related to the ongoing reconciliation process between on-chain records and Homnifi records to ensure complete accuracy and consistency.

While we understand that this process is taking longer than expected, we would like to confirm once again that these transactions remain secure and will be processed once reconciliation is complete. No action is required from users at this time. Further updates will be provided as progress is made.

Delivery Fee Disqualification Cases

We have identified a few cases where users who have already paid the delivery fee are still seeing rewards disqualified.

Our team is actively addressing this, and:

  • All affected users will have their disqualified rewards credited back

  • There is no risk of permanent reward loss in these cases
