# Linking Hardware to CloudK

On this page, users have the option to link two different products:&#x20;

1. Computer Devices
2. Phones

#### **Link Computer Devices**

Follow this step-by-step tutorial or use the instructions below to ensure your XK Computer Device is properly connected and ready for reward generation.&#x20;

Let’s get started and have your device up and running in no time!

* **Step 1:** Click on "Link" for computer devices, enter the alphanumeric computer code present on the hardware, and click "Link."

* **Step 2:** After successful linking, the "Link" button will transform into a "View Details" button.&#x20;

**Note** - if your device is active (connected to internet) then you will receive boost for the same day.

#### **Linking LKOne Phone**

* **Step 1:** Click on "Link" for LK One phones and follow the step-by-step guide provided on the CloudK platform to complete the linking process.
* **Step 2:** After successful linking, the "Link" button will transform into a "View Details" button, and the device will go into standby mode for 1 day.

#### **Linking Undelivered Devices**

* For undelivered devices, the "Link" button will be available soon.
