Follow this step-by-step tutorial or use the instructions below to ensure your XK Computer Device is properly connected and ready for reward generation.
Let’s get started and have your device up and running in no time!
Step 1: Click on "Link" for computer devices, enter the alphanumeric computer code present on the hardware, and click "Link."
Step 2: After successful linking, the "Link" button will transform into a "View Details" button.
Note - if your device is active (connected to internet) then you will receive boost for the same day.
Linking LKOne Phone
Step 1: Click on "Link" for LK One phones and follow the step-by-step guide provided on the CloudK platform to complete the linking process.
Step 2: After successful linking, the "Link" button will transform into a "View Details" button, and the device will go into standby mode for 1 day.
Linking Undelivered Devices
For undelivered devices, the "Link" button will be available soon.
