# 6th Feb – Delivery, Rewards, and Operational Adjustments

### Delivery Grace Period Extension and Penalty Handling

The delivery grace period for applicable machines was extended until 1 January 2026. During this period, users were not subject to any non-delivery penalties, and no deductions were intended to be applied.

This is a reminder that, with the conclusion of the grace period:

* Users are required to ensure timely payment of the delivery fee to avoid non-delivery penalties
* Any users who were incorrectly charged a non-delivery penalty for periods prior to 1st January 2026 and within the approved grace period will have the deducted rewards credited back accordingly.
* The reconciliation for these adjustments is being handled systematically to ensure accuracy and completeness.

### Intermittent Program Reward Credits (NodeK, Supernode, CloudK)

We have identified that a set of users did not receive program rewards (NodeK, Supernode, and CloudK) on certain intermittent days.

* Team is currently reconciling the rewards crediting module to identify gaps and root causes.
* All eligible users will be credited with the missed rewards for the affected days once reconciliation is completed.
* This activity is being treated as a priority to ensure consistency and trust in the daily reward distribution process.

### RV Token Withdrawal – Temporary Service Issue

There is a temporary integration issue affecting RV token withdrawals.

* The issue has been identified at the integration layer, and the technical team is actively working on resolution.
* Withdrawals will be re-enabled once the fix is deployed and verified, ensuring stability and correct processing.
* Further communication will be shared once the withdrawal service is fully restored.

### Maintenance Fee Penalty Adjustments Post Waiver

Following the announcement of the maintenance fee waiver, no penalties were intended to be applied from the effective waiver date onward.

* A small number of users were charged penalties for non-payment of maintenance fees after the waiver was announced.
* For these users, NodeK and Supernode rewards deducted for the affected penalty days will be fully credited back.
* Corrections are being processed as part of the ongoing reconciliation exercise.

### Delivery Payment Status Mismatch and Penalty Reversals

We have identified cases where users:

* Have successfully paid the delivery fee,
* But the payment status did not reflect correctly on the Homnifi platform,
* Resulting in incorrect non-delivery penalties being applied.

For these cases:

* The platform status is being corrected.
* All NodeK and Supernode rewards deducted for days after the delivery payment was made will be credited back.
* The team is also strengthening payment-status sync checks to prevent recurrence.
