Supernode Reward Interruption – Technical Glitch Identified

We have identified an issue that resulted in Supernode rewards not being generated for multiple set of users.

The issue was caused by a temporary system-level glitch within the reward generation module. As a result, Supernode rewards for 11th Feb 2026 were not processed as per the standard daily distribution schedule for certain accounts.

Corrective Action and Resolution Plan

  • The root cause has been identified and the technical team is implementing the necessary corrective measures.

  • The Supernode reward generation process will be re-executed to ensure accurate recalculation of all pending rewards.

  • All missing rewards will be fully credited to the affected users.

  • No user will experience a loss of eligible rewards due to this issue.

The regeneration process will follow a reconciliation-based approach to ensure:

  • Accurate computation of reward eligibility.

  • Correct level-wise and productivity-based calculations.

  • Complete restoration of missed Supernode distributions.

Users are not required to take any action. The system correction and crediting process will be handled internally. Once the regeneration cycle is completed, the corrected reward entries will reflect in the respective transaction histories.
