Processing of Pending mLYK Credits
We are aware that some users have not yet received their mLYK token credits for previous purchases.
Our team has completed the full audit and system checks, and the processing of all pending mLYK credits will begin this week.
These will be reflected in usersโ wallets as the batches are cleared.
CloudK Utility Token & Rewards Claim Status
As noted in the 3rd December platform report, CloudK Utility Token and Rewards Claim functions remain temporarily disabled.
This pause is part of the ongoing upgrade to shift all utility token claim payouts from mLYK to LYK-W.
The update is on track, and the claim options are expected to become available by this week.
Maintenance Fee Deduction Issue Identified
We have identified that, for a small set of users, the maintenance fee was not deducted despite having sufficient wallet balance.
The team is actively working on correcting this issue, and it is expected to be fully resolved by this weekend.
Any reward penalties incorrectly applied due to missed maintenance deductions will be reversed and credited back to the affected users.
NodeK & Supernode Rewards Adjustment
A limited group of users experienced missing NodeK and Supernode rewards on intermittent days last month.
All affected reward batches have been identified, and the pending rewards will be processed and credited back to users.

Token Credit Promotion Extended Until 15th December 2025
To support our community and ensure every eligible user has the opportunity to benefit from the token credit promotion, we are officially extending the token credit promotion window for both Gen-2 and Gen-3 AiX customers until 15th December 2025.
Many users experienced delays or technical issues while attempting to complete their shipping payments. This extension ensures everyone receives fair access to the offer.
