# 3rd Dec- Extended Grace Period & CloudK Utility Token Update

#### **Grace Period for Delivery Fee Payments Extended**

The grace period for completing **delivery fee payments on Computer Devices** has been extended until **10th December 2025**.

During this period:

* **No Non-Delivery Penalties will be applied.**
* **Any penalties automatically triggered on 1st and 2nd December will be reversed** and credited back to user accounts.
* Users now have additional time to complete their delivery fee payments **without any impact on their machine status**.
* Avail the token credit back promotion for shipping payments until the 10th of December.

#### **CloudK utility token – Unlock & Claim Temporarily Paused**

We have temporarily paused the **unlock** and **claim** functions for **CloudK license locked utility tokens**.

This pause is part of an upgrade to shift all token claim payouts from **mLYK** to **LYK-W**.\
Once the update is completed, all utility tokens released through unlock/claim will be credited **in LYK-W moving forward**.

The upgrade is currently in progress, and all functions will resume **immediately after the transition is finalized**.
