24th December - Feature Rollout and Updates

We’re rolling out an important upgrade to the Supernode Generational Rewards program, along with a few platform updates and fixes.

Supernode Generational Rewards – New Logic Live

Following DAO Proposal #15 approval, we’ve implemented a refined and more inclusive structure for Supernode Generational Rewards. The goal is to lower the entry barrier, reward genuine network contribution, and make progression clearer and fairer.

What’s Changed

  • Minimum machine requirement reduced from $1,500 to $500

  • Reward eligibility is now clearly defined at both user level and machine level

  • Reward percentages are now based on a combined value model (self + first line), instead of machine type

  • All existing mechanics like daily rewards, caps, matching bonus, and compression logic remain unchanged

Supernode Eligibility (Simplified)

To participate in Supernode Generational Rewards:

  • You must own at least one machine worth $500 or more

  • That machine must have tokens linked equal to its price

  • Machines below $500 are not counted toward generational rewards

Once this condition is met, you are eligible for Supernode Generational rewards.

How Reward Percentage Is Now Determined

Your daily Supernode Generational Reward % is calculated using:

Your highest eligible machine value + the highest eligible machine of each first-line user

This combined value places you into a reward bracket.

New Reward Brackets

Combined Eligible Value (Self + First Line)
Generational Reward %

$500 – $1,499.99

2%

$1,500 – $4,499.99

4%

$4,500 – $9,999.99

6%

$10,000 – $24,999.99

8%

$25,000 – $49,999.99

10%

$50,000 – $99,999.99

12%

$100,000 and above

14%

This approach rewards users who actively build productive first lines, not just individual ownership.

What Has Not Changed

  • Daily reward distribution remains the same

  • Rewards are still based on downline production

  • Compression logic continues to apply

  • Matching bonus (10%) still applies when a downline qualifies in an equal or higher bracket

  • Reward caps remain enforced as per bracket limits

Rewards Processing & Maintenance Waiver Adjustment

  • Supernode and NodeK rewards for 20th and 22nd December were not generated due to a processing glitch, These rewards are currently being processed and will be credited

  • As communicated earlier, machine maintenance charges have been fully waived

    • For machines still showing maintenance dues:

      • Any rewards disqualified after the waiver announcement will be credited back

      • This correction will be applied automatically

Some users are currently unable to relink tokens within their CloudK software licenses.

The team has identified the issue and is actively working on a fix and will be resolved in the coming days.

Shipment Grace Period – Reward Disqualification Fix

We’ve identified a small set of users who were incorrectly disqualified from rewards due to shipment payment status during the active grace period.

  • These cases are under review

  • All wrongly disqualified rewards will be credited back

Shipping Fee Cashback Refunds – Processing Timeline

Users who have completed their shipping fee payments and are eligible for cashback refunds under the applicable promotion can rest assured that the refunds are on track.

  • All eligible cashback refunds will be processed in batches starting from the first week of January

  • Refunds will be credited automatically to the respective user accounts

  • No additional action is required from users at this stage

We appreciate your patience while we complete the final reconciliation and processing.

Clarification on LYK Airdrop Tokens (Gen2 vs Gen3 Machines)

To avoid any confusion, here is a clear clarification on how LYK airdrop tokens work across different machine generations:

  • Gen2 Machines:

    • LYK airdrop tokens associated with Gen2 machine purchases become claimable at the end of the token linking period

  • Gen3 Machines:

    • LYK airdrop tokens are locked within the machine lifecycle and are burned upon machine expiry

    • These tokens are not claimable or withdrawable, as they are designed to support long-term protocol mechanics

This distinction ensures transparency and proper expectation setting for all machine holders.
