CloudK Rewards & Utility Token Claims Are Now Live
We are pleased to announce that the upgrade to the CloudK claim system—initially communicated in the 3rd December platform report—has been successfully released.
Both CloudK Rewards Claim and Utility Token Claim features are now fully re-enabled.
This update also introduces an important improvement:
All Utility Token claims are now credited in LYK-W instead of mLYK.
This change offers a significant benefit to users, as LYK-W is fully withdrawable, giving you more flexibility and immediate usability of your CloudK utility tokens.
The overall claim experience remains the same, with the payout token upgraded for increased value and convenience.
You will be unlocking mLYK, the claimed tokens will be deposited as LYK-W in your wallet.
Token Credit Program – Final Verification & Processing
A small number of users have reported missing or partially credited mLYK token credit for product purchase from earlier transactions.
Our internal audit for these cases is already underway. Once validation is complete, the entire pending cashback amount will be credited to each affected account.
No action is required from users; the system will automatically process the adjustments.
We appreciate your patience as we complete this reconciliation.
Delivery Fee Grace Period Extended to 15th December
To support users during the ongoing transition period, the grace window for settling AIX delivery fees has been further extended until 15th December. During this extended period:
No non-delivery penalties will be applied.
User dashboards will be updated to display the new grace end date.
All machine functions and rewards will remain unaffected.
This gives users an excellent opportunity to clear any pending delivery fees without penalty and remain fully compliant with the platform requirements.
