# 23rd June - Homnifi Updates

## Temporary Relaxation of Supernode Delivery Criteria

To ensure smooth adoption of the updated Supernode delivery reward logic and prevent disruption to active participants, we have temporarily paused the enforcement of non-delivery fee penalties for users who have yet to pay the delivery or pickup charges for their eligible Computer Devices.

### What this means:

* Users will be getting back the missed rewards for the period - post rollout of non-delivery penalties.
* Users will continue receiving Supernode rewards even if they haven’t yet paid for the delivery or pickup of their Computer Devices.
* This temporary measure gives all users an opportunity to complete outstanding payments and maintain uninterrupted Supernode eligibility. The deadline was previously set for 30th March, but to give more time it had been pushed, and now considering the feedback a new deadline is set to 27th June 2025.

In addition, in next release we are implementing a more flexible approach to the Generational Supernode rewards model:

* In the next release, all users will be considered eligible for generational rewards as long as at least one of their Computer Devices has a paid delivery or pickup status.
* This update significantly reduces the entry barrier and helps users stay qualified for downline rewards.

{% hint style="info" %}
Pro Tip: Prioritize paying the delivery fee or pickup charge for your largest Computer Device to maximize your Generational Supernode reward benefits.
{% endhint %}

Users are encouraged to use this opportunity to regularize their machine delivery / pick-up payments before the criteria are re-applied.

## New Feature: Access the Console for In-House Computer and Virtual Devices

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Access Console feature, providing a new way for eligible users to interact with their Virtual Computer Devices and Inhouse machines on both NodeK and CloudK.

Through this feature, users can now open a secure command-line interface for selected devices directly from within the Homnifi platform.

### Highlights of the feature:

* The access console is embedded via a secure, read-only terminal interface developed for the Homnifi Devices.
* Available for active Virtual Computer Devices and inhouse machines only, with linked mLYK greater than zero.
* Allows execution of a controlled set of system-level commands for monitoring or operational diagnostics.
* Delivered physical Computer Devices and software licenses linked to physical devices remain excluded from this feature.

Users can access the shell directly from the Machine or Software License detail page, where the “Access Machine” button will appear if their device meets the necessary conditions.

This update represents a major step forward in enabling users to interact directly with their cloud-based compute assets, adding visibility and optional technical engagement without compromising security.
