# 24th April - Homnifi System Status & Resolutions

We’re sharing the latest updates on a few technical issues that have been impacting user experience across key platform functions.&#x20;

We identified that a few of the recent issues were linked to smart contract execution and synchronization inconsistencies during high-volume transaction cycles. As part of ongoing optimizations and tighter on-chain/off-chain alignment, certain functions experienced temporary disruptions.

These have been addressed with improved validation and reconciliation mechanisms to ensure smoother and more reliable processing going forward. Our teams have been actively working on stabilizing these areas and restoring normal operations.

### Supernode Rewards – Processing Delay

Some users did not receive Supernode rewards starting from 15th April onwards due to a temporary system load imbalance affecting reward processing cycles.

* The issue has been identified and is being actively resolved
* Back-credit processing is already in progress
* A majority of affected users have received their pending rewards
* Remaining users will receive their credits as their accounts are processed in the ongoing batches

### Utility Token Claims - Wallet Credit Issue

We identified an issue where claimed utility tokens were not being credited to user wallets.

* This issue has now been fully resolved
* Users can proceed to claim utility tokens, which will now correctly reflect in their wallets
* All token utilities and usage flows are functioning (Claim, Withdrawal, Relink) as expected

### CloudK Rewards Claim - Queue/Processing Error

Some users experienced a “In Queue” or “Processing” error while claiming CloudK rewards.

* The issue has been resolved successfully
* Reward claims are now being processed normally
* Users can proceed with claiming without any interruptions
* If still facing the same, clear cache and try again

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked through these items. Most affected services are now operating normally, and the remaining reconciliations and back-credit batches are progressing as planned. We will continue monitoring closely until all remaining accounts have been fully aligned.
